Welcome to the next era of Montezuma Schools.
A special bond election passed in 2021 to provide significant upgrades to the Montezuma facilities. The original high school was built nearly 100 years ago with only minor renovations being made since that time. This has presented safety and security issues, aging infrastruction, and inadequate space.
High school students now have access to an updated, interactive, and safe learning space. The project includes new classrooms, band room, art room, kitchen, storm shelter, locker rooms and commons, and additional parking.
The Montezuma Elementary School has a new addition for preschool and music.
