
South Gray Schools presented their Veterans Day Program today! It was a wonderful performance by our K-12 music students for our local veterans! Thank you to our veterans for your service and sacrifice for our country and freedom! 🇺🇸









SGJH Rebel Basketball started tonight in Protection against the South Central Timberwolves!
C Team Girls won 8-2
C Team Boys lost 12-13
JV Girls lost 9-13
JV Boys lost 22-30
Varsity Girls won 24-8
Varsity Boys won 30-29
It was a great night of basketball and all JH Rebel athletes played hard!!! 🏀

Third grade ventured downtown to the Montezuma Clinic today to tour and have a discussion with Dr. Schowengerdt. Thank you so much to Susie Racy and Dr. Schowengerdt for this amazing experience!





These four traveled to Bucklin today for Scholars' Bowl and came away with a 4th place finish!

Montezuma 4th Graders were SUPER excited to get to go to the library for the first time this year....There was a buzz of excitement in the room! 📚Thank you to all that helped get the library ready after construction!



Copeland Schools Thankful Teacher Turkey Fundraiser will happen Nov. 6-10. See graphic for details. Which teacher will wear the Turkey costume on Friday, Nov. 17?!


Last Texas Roadhouse Rolls notification!: Rebecca Good will be back with the rolls by 3:00pm. If you are able to come that early, great! Just, meet her in the gravel parking lot on the east side of the annex. If you can't get here until school dismisses, that is just fine! MES: Texas Roadhouse Rolls WILL be delivered tomorrow (Thurs. 11/2) immediately after school! If your child SOLD rolls, meet Rebecca Good in the gravel parking lot on the east side of the Annex to get them. If you're unable to meet at that time, please contact Rebecca @ 620-846-0479.

MES parents, if your student SOLD Texas Roadhouse Rolls, please plan to pick up your child's rolls on Thursday, 11/2, after school. Remember: These are delivered frozen and you/your child will need to either get these into a freezer or deliver them to whomever you sold to ASAP after picking them up.

Lady Rebels played some great teams today and battled back from an early loss to be the number 1 seed for championship Saturday. The fans were amazing you were so awesome and helped us through. Play starts at 9:00am.

Mrs. Lacy's 3rd and 4th grade class presented wonderful Reader's Theatre presentations today for their parents and families! Their skits were very entertaining with costumes and backdrops!





4th graders were so creative with their book character pumpkins. They decorated their pumpkins at home. At school, they wrote and typed a book report at school that discussed the events in their book and also some character traits about their main character. Good job, 4th graders!! 📚🎃
