We have had a great start to the school year! On Tuesday night, we had Meet the Teacher night and it was well attended. Wednesday was busy with assemblies where we played Password and Name That Tune. The booster club pancake feed provided by the Booster club is always a hit! Elementary teachers sported their Diggin Being a Rebel shirts! Thank you, Shelby, for making them for us!! Lots of schedule changes yesterday but nothing that we couldn’t handle! Today was perfect! The kids have been so good! Better than I could have hoped for! Happy kids= Happy principal! It feels like a fog has lifted. We are ready to make memories!!
SGHS volleyball is selling lanyards again this year! Let one of the volleyball girls know if you’d like to purchase one! They are $10 a piece and all the money earned will go to camps and team gear!

Reminder for staff: grades 2-12 will meet from 8:00-12:00 tomorrow with k-1 meeting from 12:30-3:30. Bring a sweatshirt as it tends to be 🥶 in the commons! Breakfast will be served around 7:45.

The USD 371 & USD 476 Boards of Education are seeking patron and student input to assist them in the use of the districts ESSER III funds. The surveys are located on the districts website. To access the surveys click on the menu button then on the left side of the screen is a district survey tab. The surveys are listed as 371 community, 476 community, 371 student, and 476 student. Patrons please complete the community survey for the district of residence and students complete the survey for the attendance center. Thank you for taking time to assist us

JHFB/VB: Practice will start on August 15 at 4:00pm. Please be at the JH gym by 3:30. Coach Carey, and Coach Boggs will be there to great you. The Montezuma shuttle will depart from the the south side of the Montezuma GS at 3:15.
